At the time that I drew this, I was surprised to find out that I hadn't drawn Mei/Rosa yet, so this had to be remedied as soon as possible. So here we are!
I had spent most of that evening working on this, so hopefully I did her justice, even though it was my first time drawing her. Come to think of it... I haven't drawn her again, since. I really should, since she's one of my, if not my most, favorite Pokemon trainers, ever!
