This is part nine of a twelve-part RP story I did more than a month ago with  EricStripe. It stars his main dragon character, Xiren, his main lizard character, Agua, his main rabbit character and Aerona Chronicles protagonist, Kuroi, my Keepers protagonist Storm, my deuteragonist, Jobe, and my main werewolf character, Vyk. It revolves around, as the title suggests a brief war they're going to fight with a whole army of undead bent on conquering Xiren, Agua, and Kuroi's version of Earth. The story also features Seth and the remaining five Keepers, my tritagonist, Michel, Jabu, Nalan, Arlo, and Ryth.

In this ninth part, Jobe is just entering the battle after healing the last of Aerona's injured soldiers when he hears a familiar voice. When he realizes it belongs to his Drailkian nemesis, Takhe, he fights him. He is quickly defeated, though, and forced to face his usual ordeal where the dragon is concerned before he's saved by Luna, who then opens his eyes to a power he gained months ago from Xiren. . . .

Elsewhere, Storm arrives at the site of the battle just in time, and he saves Jobe from a hungry undead werewolf that also eats him. They then hurry to join Vyk and Kuroi, who've gone after Agua, Baris, and the weakest Aeronian noble, Lynx, all of whom have lost a battle with Malice.

At the palace, Malice teases a cruel fate to Vyk regarding Agua before fighting the werewolf in his "Keeper Mode." When he is defeated, Storm and Jobe arrive to try their own "Keeper Modes" on him, only for Storm to meet with the same tactic that Garrick had tried on Jobe, and Lola on Vyk. And then, with Roscuro and Jack arriving, things really get serious when Malice pulls out a deadly attack meant to annihilate them all. . . .
