Hey y'all, here's an OC I actually created last year, with the tentative name of "N-V".
No clue exactly what species he belongs to, but I think he resebles a crow the most, albeit with a yellow beak.
He is not a Pokémon, but does possess some of those attacks.

He represents the emotion jealousy, but a far more terrifying demon representing envy lives within him as well. While he's a villain, it's unknown if he's truly evil or controlled by his inner demon, but he's definitely being influenced by that demon in some amount.

He's a master of electricity, able to generate electricity using his own lifeforce. This, paired with his knowledge of ancient dark magic, which is more powerful than a standard Pokémon move, makes him a formidable foe.

His clothes are made of a special fabric (Mareep wool) that reacts to the electricity being emitted by N-V. This makes it so that the yellow patterns are able to light up, and even change patterns.

He has dark blue feathers, a yellow beak, black hair and a purple robe with yellow patterns.

To clarify, it is my belief that there are two "tiers" of jealousy, namely jealousy itself, which forms a driving force behind one's ambitions and gives one the opportunity to improve oneself... And "envy", that which impairs one's life, often coming at the cost of someone else (I.E. theft, destruction or, in extreme cases, murder).
N-V and the demon represent those two sides of the same coin.

His attire is loosely based on the clothes of Ghetsis (Pokémon), the Shadow Queen (Paper Mario 2) and WW Ganondorf (Zelda), with the high hat being based on the hat of a priest, and the patterns loosely based on Rayquaza's patterns, morphed into an eye motif.
The clasp is based on Giygas (EarthBound/Mother 2), much like the demon living within him.

His name, N-V, is a homonym of the word "envy", and based on a Kirby enemy named N-Z.
