Love the image but especially love what it depicts. Us older guys are certainly not against helping out the younger guys when asked. I often mentor younger men with the understanding it is just one Bears opinion, but I like to think I have been helpful. A better example is Grubbs Bears work with his advice column called "Ask Papa Bear" (http://www.furrynewsnetwork.com/interact/papabear/) Bravo for picking such a wonderful subject and discovering and sharing a very talented artist not everyone has heard of.
