If you're really asking how to make friends HERE then its super easy. Just know how to draw or be talented. But you gotta be careful of the "goober smoochers" who only befriend you just to get constant free art.

In that case it seems you'll "suffer" the same thing as I did. Being friends with few people or people who only know you exist whenever you commission/buy some art and submit it.
