I'm painfully aware of her lack of arms. I drew this as a reference for a character I was thinking up. She's supposed to have normal demon arms, so I did some stick-figure arms to show their position but did a close-up of a hand (because they only thing that's "special" from the shoulders down).
Details:
Based off of lust and gluttony, she's emaciated because she's always "starving" no matter how much she eats.
She has spines on her back (spikes, whatever you want to call them), and a long spade-tipped tail. Her feet are those of a goat (as are her eyes), and on top of her head, she has a pair of large horns.
She has "aura-wings" for lack of better term, and a tattoo on her face the spreads the more she eats.
