Finally had a chance to more or less get back to my deviantArt commissions, for the moment, and here we have the latest additions to a batch.
More Spoopty drawings, again for this guy: http://deffykun.deviantart.com/ He requested a package deal, and these are the doodles I came up with for him.
Basically, I gave him styles; one of course, being Jim Davis, and the other David Feiss. I've been watching a lot of cartoons lately, trying to distract myself from the horrible stress of having to move again, and cartoons always seem to help get me out of a funk. I failed miserably at trying to copy David's cute girls style, though... I feel it could have been better, or more approximate, but I'm still happy with how it came out. Jim's characteristic style has almost become second nature to me by now. I grew up on his stuff, after all.
Besides, cleavage. That's always a crowd pleaser, I guess. :3
On a side note, I really love those boots. _
Anyhoo, yes, end of the batch commissions. Now on to the others I have lined up. Please be patient with me, folks. Work has been abundant, but also a disaster, and what with finding new lodgings, I'm going to be slower than usual for anyone who might be interested. Bear with me. Thanks.
