The dumb part is I was so excited to get this posted I forgot to shade it.

I had just finished adding the background but it still needed something in the upper corner so I thought, sound effects!

:) Just my opinion, but I wouldn't shade him. Having the background & foreground in motion like you do looks great, but then WD with the flat colors just makes him stand all the more. It really focus' the eyes to him. Still think you really brought him to life with the coloring.
