I'm pretty sure that is all the brush settings, most people have you have to add them yourself.

This too, a lot of brushes people use to get their pretty lines they set themselves.

Delete the trial, log into your account for sai where you bought it. And download that version. If that doesn't work, then I am not sure, call the company you bought it from and ask them what to do.

Because everyone I know who had downloaded it, said it came with InkPen and a bunch of other settings.

Oh if Ink pen is what you want, make a custom pen and set it to these settings hun :3

I shall try help you make brushes. All the custom brushes that everyone seems to use, they make themselves. Someone on Tumblr once had a screenshot of their settings up, all you do is copy them.
