EDIT: Apparently my idea is very, very similar to "Girl with the skeleton hand". Big oops! I'm sad it's so similar, but awesome because I found a new webcomic to read. Some changes will be made to this girl and she does have a totally different story so hopefully it won't feel the same.

Though thinking about it, once I expand on the idea I think it should be ok. (on the second page and she's kissed by someone to make that hand appear?)

Aww, it's always such a shame to find a brilliant idea you've come up with, independently no doubt, has already had a similar concept make its debut.
But there is light at the end of the tunnel! You can flesh out the idea (no pun intended) and with a unique take, it will no longer seem like "the same idea" superficially, as it no doubt is not the same idea. No two people have exactly the same creative ideas, I'd wager.
