Alrighty! nice work Con! I wondered if you'd finished it or given up but I'm glad that you stuck with it. As for some creative criticism *cracks knuckles*

One of the main things I noticed is that there's a lot of straight lines on the gryphon; at the point where feathers turn to fur, around the lower arms, at the tail and around the beak. You did really well with the wings, but I'd take all the tiny feathers u drew and put them around those sharp lines I mentioned and make them a bit more defined and varying in size, since nothing in nature is cookiecutter. Remember that real birds/eagles have feathers everywhere, and they tend to lie over the beak, etc. Aside from this, I'd only say, add the shoulders and hips, and maybe add to the muscles of the wings.

Like I mentioned on Skype, I think the paws and hands r awesome and don't need any changes imo
