You should come run with Jeffkun. :) His normal runs are 10 miles. He sorta topped out at 17 'cuz his knees started to hurt. But he coulda kept goin' if not for that. He got these knee braces which help, but I think he's leery about takin' the chance of hurting his knees again, so he doesn't usually go over 10 nowadays. He could coach you. :)
