but i am sure that your trouble was PROVOKED BY A SINDICATE to pressionate the provincial goverment to take people of that sindicate, even blocking the access of the acueduct that was repaired ... (started a s a real failure, then that people did that, taking half millon people as hostages by 81 of them)
Can you guys use survival techniques to collect water? For example, like this but modified as if you were brewing beer.
