Honestly, back when Housepets! briefly teased the notion of Fox and Sasha becoming a couple, I was actually onboard with the idea. It's a somewhat strange one, too, considering Sasha's ditziness and whatnot. But I have to give her credit for being able to put up with Bino's crap, and even demonstrating how he shouldn't mess with her. In any case, there was a brief plot where Fox was trying to cheer Sasha up, and it led to the inevitable awkwardness where you think they're gonna hook up, but it turns out she was with someone else. And, hey, Kevin's a far better boyfriend than Bino, and I love how they bounce their ditziness off each other in a manner that's endearing rather than annoying. Still, I do think that Fox and Sasha would have made a cute pair, even if in a weird way. Then again, when it comes to Housepets!, I am fairly supportive of just about every canonical pairing, so it works out. And I guess it leaves Fox available to continue being the memetic sex god for the fandom and every possible pairing I've seen him in.

So I guess that led me to recreating a panel from one comic where Fox contemplates whether or not he could go for Sasha. And honestly, I thought that shot of her in the rain was simultaneously depressing and cute at the same time, since I could actually see Sasha waiting out in the cold for someone to meet up with her. Granted, there's a chance she'd be oblivious to everything, but it's still a sad possibility. Nevertheless, I recreated that scene, and here it is.
