A very old art I did, it is based on a creature I saw in one of my dreams.
In the dream, I was the sole survivor who watched as a man went on a mass murder spree and killed many people before shooting himself. As he fell and was dying, he seen me briefly before he died and realized I had survived!

The collective spirits of those who died all formed this figure of the giant starry phoenix. The single soul of the killer formed a large lionlike monster that had flames all over it. The rest of the dream had me trying to outrun the lion while the phoenix would always swoop down at the last minute several times to save me.


I'll remake it one day and have the lion.
