
Been experimenting with some new colours and techniques for my Tyranids. Here's a Hormagaunt I painted in the theme of Hive Fleet Leviathan. I still need to work on some things, not happy with how to drybrushing and edge highlights turned out. Also need work on my brush control. Will scrap soon, just showing off my progress. :3

Nice, looking good!
Personally I would go for a light brown wash over the white areas, just a thin layer as it really helps define the detail on the model, like the face and limb joints, as well as muting the colour and tying together the light and dark areas of the model. It looks good without it, but I find it just makes the model look a little more 'alive' and less like a painted figure.
