I have to say this;
The shading is perfect, it gives a lot of depth, and structure to her. I love that I can recognize the actual bones under her face. Her skin and hair look soo soft, and whether you realize it or not, this is beautiful. Even looking at it up close, I don't see the flaws that you do.
