Ehehe, I was thinking of Parappa! Not that it'd be a character hat like these, but it's another possibility - it'd just need the froggy thing in the middle and maybe floppy dog ears attached at the sides. :3

I'm still a beginner and since all I use is felt to make them, I don't think I'd normally charge more than $15 per hat.
Soon enough I'll experiment with better, more expensive materials and see how it work out. :B

Hehe, woof woof! Ears shouldn't be a problem at all, that's the fun part! :D And I found a picture of a cosplay one - the frog patch could be done with felt or fabric paint I think. :3 I'll have to investigate this further! 8D

I have a spare Mario and Luigi Hat, but they're white, instead of green and red. I can get the patches off, put 'em on another hat, and then do raccoon ears or wings on 'em. 8D
