Halloween commission that 
samiscamgy had won when I was hosting my Halloween YCH auction.
His character (saber tooth cougar) is just resting on a pumpkin after gathering treats. Gathering those goodies is hard work y'know :P
He's holding a scepter/staff from Elder Scrolls.
This was quite fun to do, and I enjoyed coloring it :)
