Nah, that's just a wiki... can be edited by anyone. IMHO she looks female so she is female - we never see a bulge "down there" to indicate otherwise.

That's how Pitou's depicted in the latter half of the Chimera Ant arc. The anime designers just went with that.

My icon is of his former design. They could've at LEAST kept the ribbon accessory in his introduction (Kite tears it away in their off-screen battle), but I guess the eyes were distinguishable enough?
