No one does a better job taking out a target then Sebastian Veins, codename: Arrow (don't make fun of it) He was led into the killing group at the age of 22 after moving to Japan, Tokyo. From there, he's been eliminating certain targets for over 5 years.

He doesn't start his job without his custom made Katana fit to his style, and equipped with a armor-piercing Desert Eagle. He is also equipped with a PODD, a device that enhances his speed, strength, reflexes, and allows to heal himself from physical trauma.

Finally, to seal his identity from any witnesses, he wears a special designed tribal wolf mask that changes his eye color and covers his face.

Pray that you're not his next target. . .
