Before you ask, no, I will not solely create MLP artwork etc. I am just letting you know what my OPC is.

This is Zephyr Cloudpony. He's tall and strong, with a heart of gold. He's a pegasus that needs to get more flying training, but the stranger thing is that he has deer-like horns. Nobody knows why he has them, not even himself or his family.
His cutiemark is a pony head (exactly like those of Rarity's dress mannequins) superimposed on a cloud, referencing the phrase 'head in the clouds'. It isn't shown in this picture because, frankly, I couldn't be assed to make it. X)
