This is Tsukiko Uchiha, the lovely pup that was born to Kamari Uchiha, Sasuke's mate, and fathered by Madara Uchiha(he rapes her). This pup is born alongside Kamari and Sasuke's daughter Hikaru. Out of safety for the pup, Kamari takes her 3 pups with her. She visits her friend Saki, who is looking after Itachi who was still recovering from his fight with Sasuke, and helping Saki take care of their son Arcana, Kamari asks for Saki's help in raising the pup. Saki and Itachi agree to raise the madara pup so she does not succumb to evil like her father. Kamari visits Tsukiko sometimes because she is still her daughter but she is unsure whether she should tell the young girl the truth.
