Some of my long time watchers should remember this gal... since she was an alternate fursona of mine for the longest time. I haven't drawn Andromeda (AKA Andy) since I imploded a good chunk of my fictional galaxy a few years back. Since I created my Skylion (alien gryphon) species, I've been wanting to find a way to bring her back into the Azure Wheel Galaxy.

She's back! But with a few changes.

She's a bit older than she was previously... now being in about her early to mid 40s.
She also plays a pretty big role in Ultimarian/Skylion relations as she is a retired bodyguard/handmaided for the Skylion queen who turned towards military life. The royal family saw that she was promoted to general in order to lead a squadron of Skylion into war to help their Ultimarian allies. Because of the Skylion help during the war, relations between the two species are the highest that they have been in recorded history.

I don't know if anyone can tell in this picture, but I've been playing around with a few coloring techniques. It shows promise, but I'm still not fully comfortable with these methods, yet.
