-DO NOT OFFER COLOUR-INS FOR MONEY. This is the most important! I did not make a free base for people to make money out of. You can make free colour-ins for others, but do not charge for them!
HOW TO COLOUR IN:
1. Save the image onto your computer, crop off the *Free Icon Base* section (Divided by the black line.)
2. Open into program of choice that allows layers. (This will not work in MS paint.)
3. Make a new layer above that, change the layer's mode to multiply, and colour!
4. Resize on free image hosting site or wherever you want to 100x100 and set as icon. YAY!
Simples! If you use it, I would love to see your colour-ins <3
