I really needed to finish something like this, the initial inspiration is finally coming back and I really enjoyed working on this. (It's a girl by the way).

But yeah, remembering shows or looking for screenshots, 3D model pictures, any kind of image reference is helpful!

Oh.
My god.
Those clouds and stars were -exactly- what this needed! They really balance out the weight of the illustration!
The time of day is perfect--whereas I thought evening, this shot of the dusk hour brings the perfect balance of soft warms and colds.
The shading is PHENOMENAL. You can really feel the fading heat of the sun's final rays, coming from the left, and every wrinkle of fabric is just... I could touch it.
I'm very impressed by the small detail of how you improvised the studs that were on my belt, and the sleeves. Using those on the fingerless gloves was simply badass.
And when we settled on "concentration and focus"... Man, you nailed it. That determined shimmer in that single eye... I feel bad for my target. >:3
I am utterly amazed what you were able to put together with my garbage-for-references.
Oh, and that title just... I just got off of work, and it's well below freezing. Seeing that inspired title really warmed my heart. Now I need to go back and play that again!
I have only ever seen one episode of SAO, and I have no clue what the others are talking about. I get the feeling I'll like SAO now.
Genuinely worth every last penny.

Glad you liked it a lot! x3 wish I had more words to write in this reply xD but I did my best and your references were good don't worry ;w;
I watched the first season of SAO and it's kinda nice but I really didn't like the progress in the episodes, it seems rushed, but the main idea is good :3
