I forgot to post this. This is Calebe, a fan character for  ebonyleopard's Extinctioners comic series. Calabe is one of the Nextinctioners, a kind of theoretical, non-cannon, next-generation group of heroes to continue the story some years in the future. He is the child of Hysteria one of the dangerous Fem Fatals from the Arctic Blue story arc.

Calebe's father is a luchador, and can extend his limbs like Dhalsim in Street Fighter. He's also deaf, which made him immune to Hysteria's lethal gothy mind suggestions. It intrigued her enough that they had a kind of on and off relationship. But when Calebe was born, his father felt that the rest of the Fem Fatals were far too dangerous to have around his son so he stole him from his mother, and fled to South Acirema. they've been moving from place to place a lot, and right now, they live about Gym his father runs, and teaches capoeira and Brazilian jujitsu.

Calebe's powers derive from both his parents, though instead of stretching limbs, he can just grow another pair, and his barbs deliver a kind of poison which makes people's diaphragm spasm uncontrollably, laughing themselves to death if he hits a victim with all four barbs. As such, he's kind of become the leader of a small time street gang. If he doesn't heed his father's advice and continue down this path, he's heading into villain territory.
