Stal Lobeck't, aspiring Jedi Knight, trudged through the swaps of Dagobah. All too well did he know the feel of the dark side pulling him towards his destination, towards his final test. He stopped at the base of the ancient cave and reached out with the force feeling the back tendrils that seemed to emanate from the entrance to the black cavern. Cautiously he entered, he was no more than twenty meters down when he suddenly heard the familiar snap-hiss of a lightsaber. From down the corridor a red glow eminated and a dark figure stepped out a crimson bladed lightsaber in hand.
"I've been waiting for you Stal..." hissed a raspy voice filled with malice. Yellow eyes glared with halos of red around them and a cold wash of power seemed to push against Stal.
"Who are you?" Stal said as he summoned his lightsaber hilt to his hand using the invisible fingers of the force, his weapon pulling free of the quick release ring at his belt. Stal felt the cool soothing metal of the hilt in his hand and placed his thumb on the activation switch in preparation.
"I'm Darth Vexius..." The figure stepped into the light and Stal almost gasped as he was face to face with an identical twin of himself, yet his own evil counterpart's face was twisted with rage. Stal cautiously ignited his own lightsaber with a snap-hiss, the blue blade illuminating the cave as his took a Soresu stance.
"Come Jedi... lets see who is truly powerful!" Vexius spat and from the other end of the sith's long hilted lightsaber another crimson blade ignited; Vexius took up a Jar'Kai stance preparing to attack. Stal calmed himself with a breath and prepared to face this evil version of himself.
"Bring it... Sith." Stal said his gaze unwavering.
