This is a Sangheilli OC i have in the works and i am going off the "Storm Elite" body structure from Halo 4 (Built yet deadly)
Bio: This Sangheilli hails from the homeworld of Sangheillios and is a Special Operations commander assigned to the CCS-Class battlecruiser "Mors in Silentio" (Death's Whisper). He spent many years with the Special Operations and earned the Reputation of being Cold and efficient. He soon rose through the Ranks and became a commander of his own Strikeforce.
Qui is a skilled in every Covenant weapon he can get his hands on, even from dead bodies of his comrades. Most importantly he is a Master with Energy Swords, being able to use two with ease. Those who would wish to challenge his command are greeted with the Terms of Engagement; Meaning the challenger can choose what they must do, from Drinking to Dueling. None are able to best him thus far yet it never shook their doubt in Qui even if he was tied to the Old Ways.
Known Comrades: The few who hold ties to this Sangheilli is his former Mentor back on Sangheillios, His Platoon in the Special Operations (22 Members strong; 10 Elites, 6 Jackals/Skirmishers and 6 Grunts) and The Shipmaster aboard the CAS-class Assault Carrier "Herald of Transcendence" and commander of his Fleet; Rhe Tohvalai.
Armor Traits: Qui's armor is a Prototype that few Among the Special Operations are given to field test and tailor to their liking. His cloaking field is state of the art to allow his active camouflage to last longer than normal Sangheili in the military (Hours, days even). Once in his cloaking field he is almost dead silent which makes it easier to Spy or Ambush unsuspecting targets... even his own kind.
Known about him: His name is almost a secret that no one knows, even his parents safeguard it. Qui Deci'Ture was a name given to him by the Sangheilli in the Military both Above and below him. Being the type to use Stealth and Deception at dangerous levels, no one is able to read his next move...
Little Known fact: He feels shamed by how his personality affects those he once viewed as close friends, Blade mates (sparring partners) even Family. on his left arm and in the Solitude of his Quarters he carved the most sinful mark known to the Covenant on with his Energy Dagger.
