I got into the psytrance vibe... @_@

Okay, well... Besides the usual uplifting trance I'd tune into Trance.FM for, on certain times (especially on Fridays/Saturdays it seems), Trance.FM also features psytrance tracks as well. And, well... I kinda like them, even though I don't usually listen to psytrance that much. ^_^;; After all, I found out that most people like psytrance more than the usual uplifting trance, probably because unlike uplifting trance, there are no female vocals, just hypnotic Arabic Phrygian scale melodies and occasional random audio clips taken from various movies, which makes me wonder about the potential copyright infringement of these tracks.

Since I'm not used to writing psytrance, this will be a tricky trance music style for me to tackle on. Not sure if I'll even able to finish this. Believe it or not, the psytrance kickdrum being used is actually the uplifting trance kickdrum used in my trance tracks -- I found that I can make a neat convincing-sounding psytrance kickdrum by adding a pogo effect to the kickdrum. =P
