I was in St. Louis during Katrina, staying at Al Fishbecks' place with some other artists. It was surreal watching all that happen on the TV while comparitively close. (Normally I get news of hurricanes in Toronto.) There was overcast and some rain in St. Louis, but nothing very dire.
