Wanted ta try somethin' a lil' different sowhen we went out grocery shoppin' I caught a case'a the crabs... an ya know ya can't get crabs without sharin'em with yer closest friends right? hehehe
Well firstly, I cannot take credit fer stuffin' these lil' fellas m'self... they came that way in packs'a 4 an can be cooked by oven or microwaved... or even deep fried if ya like... but fer these I oven baked'em.
however since half the joy'a cookin' is in presentin' yer dishes in an appetizin' way wanted ta share what all went inta makin' this dish lookin' the way it did an how quick an easy it was ta makin' this so if ya ever wanna have this yerself or treat that special someone in yer life ta this... or jus' make it fer dinner guests this is a real fun an 'quickie-dish' ya can make fer dinner...
ingredients:
pack(s) of stuffed crab (used 2 packs fer this but there was 4 per pack)
1 box of Uncle Ben's long grain rice (stretched out with an additional cup of white rice)
salad fixin's with slices of tomato an cucumber
red wine vinegar
Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasonings
light sprinkling of sunflower seeds
light sprinkling of fiesta blend cheese
soy sauce drizzled over the rice
directions:
bake (or however ya prefer cookin') the stuffed crabs while boilin' the rice (both took around 20/25 mins ta cook)
slice off a few slices of cucumber and tomato and add them ta the greens/lettuce, drizzle with red wine vinegar, give it a few shakes of the Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasonings then sprinkle with shredded fiesta blend cheese and sunflower seeds.
serve an enjoy... if ya give this a try I hope ya like it :)
