But more then that, as I clutched my new ears with my newly furred fingers. More then no church, I knew I'd never have to listen to another adult again. Never have to follow abstract rules with no meaning. Never have to listen to them call me a failure or a sinner. I'm a Wild Child now.

"Come on, it's time to go!" I didn't wait for my friends. I didn't need them any more. They weren't like me. It was time to go, the forest called.

Sort of definitely inspired by pictures drawn by  ribnose WHO IS A BRILLIANT ARTIST TOTES WATCH her, who was in turn inspired by the wild children book which I'm like, in the middle of reading and I can't put it down it's really a struggle to pace myself with it and try to enjoy it fully rather then gobble it down in one night xD

So I did this instead, MY Jenny, the Wild Child!
