This here's my newest character, Kouki; she's a Shinx/Seviper hybrid. However, it turned out to be a mistake seeing as the genes within her 'mother' tend to react and she'll lose her cool from time to time. Kouki is the main villain whose original trainer is none other than Cyrus of Team Galactic.

Her level is unknown, but her current moveset is as follows;
Iron Tail, Thunder, and Poison Tail. Her fourth move is unknown, but it's a last resort move.
