Well I thought dragons were always cool and it made more sense to draw them with bulging muscles and veins, but the dragon Rain seemed a bit too intimidating.
Bear Rain was cute and all but a husky matches me more.
But what do you guys think?

none of them. no offence mate, but the bear just doesn't say "hello it's me rain"
it's more like "hello... life is so sad... but i smile cause i just got drunk"
The dragon instead says "hello it's me, rain" but he also says "You are going to die here and now if you don't give me all your money and the virginity of your first born"

that is not necesarrily the case for all dragons. See, Every animal can be intimidating in their own way. Just look at Garret, sure he's sexy, but he's shown his intimidating sides, too. And that bear can be intimidating too, and so can your current fursona. And I don't agree with you. The dragon or the bear could have either been cute, or muscly, or skinny or intimidating, but that's your opinion so I won't judge.
To be honest, Husky Rain suits you perfectly in my opinion. If you would have been Either of the two you didn't choose to be, it'd be kinda wierd, especially since we've already seen so much of your current fursona already.
