Doodled some heads eons ago, lost the file, then found it again, then didn't work on it for more eons, and then finally finished it! OB''
Mostly couldn't finish it because A.) I want to redo Antylon because dark grey sideburns don't look right and B.) I wanted to change Dal Vann's name (used to be D'Vollo, but it sounded way too much like Picollo, and they already have a ton of similarities as it is). I like Dal Vann though :3c it works.
Hopefully I can add more chibi heads to this roster soon!
