it's vrc6, combination of hardware sweeping and 1xy/2xy. Noise channel resampling and "vocal" processing done externally :P (No actual sounds the NES technically couldn't handle, but I needed a way to increase the master volume of the DPCM channel without decreasing any other volumes.)
