Indeed! :) MTB-82 has very same design as other soviet buses of that time.
Firstly, General Electric granted a license for making same buses in USSR, there they "became" ZIS-154 and ZIS-155.
When WWII has ended, USSR needed trolleys too. But one of plants, YaAZ, was converted to military production and wasnt able to produce trolleybuses, like before war. So it was entrusted to Tushino plant in moscow, they used older developments of YaAZ-5 model, and gave it body same to ZIS-155.
