Finally posting these!
I was asked to do a series of illustrations for The Jungle Book through https://www.storytimemagazine.com/ Story Time Magazine, a really freakin' gorgeous Children's Magazine that uses artists from around the world :)
These images and the story will be a part of their January issue, so you still have time to subscribe!!
My illustrations were for the first bit of the story, so no Baloo but LOTS of wolves! (though I had some good ideas for designing Baloo if I had to!) Here the wolves are just waking up in their cave with the evening light.

I remember exactly this stretch of the father, this is an especially memorable scene to me. ^^ Wooow, but your art style doesn't make me think "Jungle Book" at all, or maybe it's the bright sun. Anyways that makes this extra cool, like a surprise twist. This is big warm and comfortable, please indeed do post the rest of your contributions. Thank you.
