One of the things I offer is "buy me for a night" and for about $200 I will work on whatever you want me to for 4 hours. This peice took me about 6 hours from start to finish, lots of fun to do the fiddly shiny stuf with shading.
I'd price something like this around $300/400 ish given all the work that went into it and number of characters.
