This is a graffiti sticker from https://www.StickerStealer.com made with help from Pellinova. Pellinova does the sketch on postal stickers, and I ink and color them with highlighter usually, though this one was done with color pencils.
The original sticker, like all of our stickers, was given away to friends and/or strangers for free. :)
