He wanted a rave glow picture and I had a ton of fun with this! I don't have a pen for my tablet atm though so this was done via mouse ^^; Can't wait to get that back it makes some things much easier! I got to pick the glow color for his tail and I think I'm the first to get to do all of his glowing in one picture.
