EDIT 11/21/14: Added more names he called me because he came back. Pathetic...
This is what my face would look like in the future if he tries to attack me again. Seriously, I am SO fed up with his crap and all the bad things he did to me and my friends ever since late October, 2013. Why is he doing this? I don't even know. And these are all the stupid insults I've got from him. Please, I've seen better insults than his. He also called me two names: "Florida liver" and "Florida freak". -_- Really? That is something that two-year-olds would make. Calling someone a name just because they live in a state in the US... Even though we get him banned, he always comes back for his revenge by ban evasion. Seriously though, why can't he just leave me alone? I'm already sick with his spam and trolling, and it really needs to stop. But worst of all, a friend of mines back on dA turned against me. What he did was totally uncalled for, and rude. And he hates my friends as well. This is not how friends treat each other. And this is not the first time I've been betrayed by my friends before. I just can't stand this anymore...

well I couldn't find that account, as it is currently deactivated-but hate speech and threats are against DA's site rules.
before the account as deactivated, were you able to report it to the customer service center? I believe they require live links to comments or pages for evidence, but they usually can take care of the people, especially when the harassment is particularly threatening.
