I'd have to look back and try to come up with a a list of some of the forced babying I can remember that didn't involve regression. I can think of Baby Puss in Tom and Jerry, the Tiny Toons episode where Elmyra diapers Plucky, and an old Looney Tunes cartoon where Sylvester is dressed up like a baby at the end. I know there are some more, but those were always some of my favorites and those are ones I can think of off the top of my head.
