I have been aiming to practice my screnery and lighting skills (which are not that great), so with each new piece I do I hope to try something a little different! I have always loved the way the desert sun casts purpleish blue shadows. And even though this lovely lion here has white markings, they are shadowed in purpleish gray to show the extreme light and shadows of the piece. I am so pleased! Though I have much more practice ahead of me. :3

Thankies sweetness! The tongue is one of my favorite parts, I love drawign those curly tongues! I am always in amazement when I see my dog or cat yawn. I wanna learn how to curl my tongue like that, its too adorable! XD
