Okay this will be short.
Anatomy looks nicely done, except the legs can still use some work.
The see through on Akai's outfit is well done but not really needed.
The coloring and shading is nice.
The lineart is well done, but a bit sloppy though.
THe background could use more color perhaps a photograph of those two getting married?
And it's not to original, given you draw these two all the time. May I suggest drawing different canon characters to doodle? It would expand your horizon a bit. ^^ Or maybe draw some other character more than just Sonic and Akai? I would love to see how you draw Big, Jet or maybe even Cream. I bet they would look lovely in your style! ^^ But that's just a suggestion.
The message really has no meaning and it's lighter than some of your previous arts.
