I made this for a little girl with hair from her favorite horse. Her mother commissioned it. It was an interesting piece to design. Her mother liked my beaded wings and the wire wrapping work I do. So I combined the two. She also wante d something she could stitch onto her daughter's vest or onto a cowboy hat.
