Ahhhhh man this makes me want to commission you again so badly! That watercolor picture you did for me years ago is still one of my very favourite renditions I've ever commissioned. I can't afford it right now with the holidays approaching, but for future reference, roughly how much would something like this run for? I need more stunning Hibbary arts.
Beautiful!
Not sure if I'll make it to AC this year, but i might just come for a day if only to see the art show. I miss it.
I really appreciate all the care, attention, and craft you put into your work while retaining a fluid, relaxed feel. Not sure if that makes sense or gets across what I mean to get across but yeah.

I'm amazed how much the detail justifies itself, because the color harmony is damn near perfect. Celestial, even.
Reminds me of our dear departed
ChrisGoodwin for some reason...
And that's a gorgeous cream in the background. Brava!

I was mostly referring to the strokes of fur on the face, but I can see now that you may have used white strokes for the fur texture and then glazed over with color? Am I close? XD
And bristol? I work mainly with watercolors so I've always dismissed it as a dry-media only paper but it's really cool to see that you made it work with acrylic! Are you using something like Strathmore pads (like you can get at Michael's?) or something thicker #? And did you stretch it before you began painting?
