I've found that a lot of commissioners have trouble communicating their ideas to artists.

So what I want to do is make a universal character sheet.
Something that can be used to visually describe a character to an artist but with using no art skill to do it.

So I cut and pasted this Cheetah mock-up using my version one of the character sheet.
( made a mistake and put the gloves where the torso would go...)
