Yep, this is Street Fighter's Rainbow Mika as a Miltank morph. I actually see the cow Pokemon as a wrestler and actually nicknamed her after the character.

If you ever played Street Fighter Alpha/Zero 3, Mika performs her infamous Flying Peach move where she rubs her sore booty afterwards. This is exactly what I had in mind while drawing her. Well, except she doesn't swear when her ass hurts. XoD
